Support Archmere

The Annual Fund
Unrestricted gifts to the Annual Fund are essential to Archmere; unrestricted dollars provide the flexibility necessary in developing the School’s priorities and implementing our strategic plans.  For additional information or to make a gift please click here

The Campaign for Archmere

The Campaign for Archmere - Building on our Mission and Heritage, was announced in October 2003.  Phase II of the campaign’s goal is to raise $7.5 million towards a capital improvement project costing $16 million.  We are pleased that The Honorable Joseph P. Biden (‘61) and Headmaster Father Joseph McLaughlin, O. Praem., serve as Honorary Co-Chairs. Jack and Karen Healy, parents of Sean, Lauren (’98), Colleen ‘(98) and Megan (’02) actively oversee the campaign as the Co-chairs of the Capital Campaign Committee.  Click here for further information about the campaign or to make a gift.

Endowment/Scholarships
Archmere currently has over 75 named scholarship funds.  The funds, which make up a portion of the schools endowment, were established by alumni/ae, families and friends of Archmere in support of our financial aid program.  The unique aspect of the program is that it is perpetuated, meaning the annual stipend is made each year from only a portion of the interest earned on the principal.  Click here for our on-line giving form

Minority Scholarship Program

Supported by the Archmere community as well as by foundations and the corporate sector, this program, established in 1993, affords the opportunity of an Archmere education to gifted students of traditionally under-represented populations whose families demonstrate financial need.  Students who meet Archmere's academic qualifications and complete the standard admissions process can receive four-year grants of up to full tuition based on financial need.  The Minority program is an endowed program with all donations being received as restricted and only a portion of the funds interest goes to fund a student's educational expenses.  Click here for our on-line giving form

Memorials
Individual gifts can be made in honor of a loved one who has passed.  Gifts made to the fund are placed into the schools Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund.  The family of the individual or individuals memorialized are notified that a gift was made in honor of their loved one.  Memorial gifts can be designated for a number of school programs.  For more information or to donate click here for our on-line giving form.
