Laura Pettinelli '08

After graduating from Archmere in 2008, Laura attended the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She earned her B.A. in Latin American & Hemispheric Studies and in Middle Eastern Studies and minor in Spanish from the Elliott School in 2012. During her time at GW, she held various internship positions at foreign policy think tanks and worked at the World Bank in the translation and interpretation group. Laura returned to Philadelphia and graduated from the JD/MBA program at Penn Law and The Wharton school in 2019. While there, she served on boards including that of the Penn Law Women’s Association and Wharton Finance Club, and represented the law school in the Graduate and Professional Students Association. She was also the Articles Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. Currently, she is an Associate in Credit Suisse’s Sponsors group in New York.

Candidate’s Statement
I hope to reengage with the community that was crucial to my educational and professional formation. I would like to help Archmere continue to educate new leaders and innovators by facilitating the continued engagement of its strong and supportive alumni network. I would like to help shape the future of Archmere by contributing to Alumni Council and helping craft its vision and priorities."
