Archmere avenged a regular-season setback against Padua in the DIAA Girls Lacrosse Tournament semifinals and earned its first state final appearance in the tournament’s 22-year history. Seniors Caroline Donovan and Kate Olsen each had four goals and an assist and sophomore goalie Maura Smeader made one big save after another in the 9-3 victory."
