Archmere Academy Announces Fall Play: "Peter and the Starcatcher"

Archmere Academy Theatre Manager and Dramatics Director Brian Manelski has announced that the 2018 Fall Play Production will be Peter and the Starcatcher. Based on the novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, Peter and the Starcatcher explores how a young orphan ultimately became Peter Pan. A funny, creative show, Peter and the Starcatcher upends the century-old story of how a miserable orphan comes to be "The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up" (a.k.a. Peter Pan). From looting pirates and jungle tyrants to unwilling comrades and unlikely heroes, Peter and the Starcatcher playfully explores the depths of greed and despair... and the bonds of friendship, duty and love.

Twenty-seven Archmere students are involved in the production that will run November 9th and 10th in the Performing Arts Center on campus.
