Girls Basketball Remains Undefeated After Win Over DMA

On January 25, the Archmere girls basketball team took on DMA in a regularly scheduled Diamond State Athletic Conference game, defeating them 37-18. After a first quarter tie, the Auks went into halftime with a small lead. Heading into the second half they were unstoppable, led off by a three point shot by senior Ellie Angiullo. The team then took control while outscoring DMA, 12-2. Sophomore Sara Denning contributed ten points, and senior Elise Angiullo finished with eight. The Auks improved to 4-0 and will host MOT Charter on Thursday at 6:15 p.m.
