88th Archmere Academy Commencement Exercises

Archmere Academy welcomed 126 alumni into its ranks during Commencement ceremonies on June 5th in the Performing Arts Center. The Baccalaureate Liturgy & Commencement Exercises were also live streamed for friends and family to view on the Archmere YouTube Channel.
The Class of 2022 will be matriculating at 76 colleges and universities. Students will travel as far as California, Florida, and Ontario, Canada, and an average of 365 miles away from Archmere. The Class of 2022 garnered over $15 million in scholarships. While they will become Catamounts and Wolves, Vols and Griffins, Knights and Bruins, they will always be Auks! 

Class of 2022 Co-Valedictorians are Simi Edeki and Nick Zhu, and the Salutatorian, Benjamin Wei. Simi will be attending The University of Chicago to study Computational and Applied Math in the fall, and Nick is headed to Princeton University to study Operations Research and Financial Engineering. Ben is headed to University of California, Los Angeles to study Business Economics.
 
Jake Nowaczyk received the Archmere Medal, the school’s most prestigious award, which is given to the senior whom the faculty believes best exemplifies the ideals and values of Archmere. The Activity Medal, the second-highest honor, went to Pauline Hartman. The Activity Medal recognizes service and participation.

Conor Udovich was recognized for excellence in boys athletics, and Alex Harrington won the award for girls athletics.
