Girls Track and Field Place Third at States, Highest Finish in Ten Years

On May 19 and 20, the Archmere track and field team competed at Dover High School for the DIAA State Track & Field Championships. The girls finished 3rd in Division 2, the highest team finish in more than a decade. The boys battled through some injuries and setback to finish 14th, respectively.

- Maddie Priest - 3rd in the 800m & 3rd in the 1600m 
- Alanah Weaver - 3rd in Shot Put  
- Jane Willin - 3rd in the Triple Jump & 5th in Long Jump
- Gabby Henry - 4th in the 100m 
- Daphne Addo - 5th in the Shot Put
- Helen Socorso - 5th in the 800m
- Icyss Hitchens - 6th in the 100mH
- Richie Angiullo - 7th in the 1600m

- Girls 4x200m - 5th
- Girls 4x400m - 7th
- Boys 4x200m - 8th
