Jennifer Raphaelson '16 Signs Letter of Intent to Row at Saint Joseph's University

Jennifer Raphaelson, senior at Archmere Academy, signed her letter of intent to join Saint Joseph University’s Rowing team on April 25, 2016. SJU is a NCAA Division I institution located in Philadelphia, PA. Jennifer started rowing the spring of her sophomore year at Wilmington Youth Rowing Association and has been rowing at WYRA throughout her high school career.
 
In the spring of Jennifer’s junior year, she was an alternate in the Varsity 4 boat, which placed 16th at Youth Nationals in Sarasota Florida. In the fall of her senior year, she raced at the Head of the Charles in Massachusetts Boston and multiple regional regattas where she finished amongst the top competitors in the region.
 
In addition to rowing, Jennifer competed in Field Hockey and Lacrosse for Archmere. Her academic accolades include Archmere’s Honor Roll and the National Art Honor Society.
 
Aside from athletics, Jennifer enjoys participating in school clubs and activities. She is involved in the Spanish Club, Video Announcements and Community Service Club at Archmere Academy. Jennifer is a resident of West Chester, PA and is a graduate of Saint Maximilian Kolbe elementary school. Jennifer plans to major in Marketing at Saint Joe’s.
