Archmere Athletes Named to All-Conference
The fall sports season has now come to a close, but not without much to celebrate. The following Auks were named to the All Diamond State Conference Teams: For field hockey, Leah DaCosta '17 was named to first team, and Sarah Bunting '16, Lorin Donovan '17 and Katie Dempsey '15 were named to second team, and Presley Conaty '16 received honorable mention recognition. For boys' soccer, Matt McCurnin '16, Mark Dombroski '17 and Pat Fallon '15 were named to first team, Alex Schultz '16 and Sean Murray '17 were named to second team, and Kenan Wursthorn received honorable mention recognition. In volleyball, Tori Falasco '16 and Justine Pantaleo '15 were named to first team, Zoe Akoto '17, Regan Bice '15 and Emily Dentinger '15 were named to second team, and Kaylie Leclerc '17 and Sami Mengers '16 received honorable mention recognition. The volleyball team also won the All-Diamond State Conference Sportsmanship Award.
