Congratulations and welcome, new Auks! We are delighted that you have decided to join our community, and we look forward to journeying with you over the next four years and beyond. This website includes some important resources for you and your family.

Please review the contents and make note of the deadlines for those items that must be completed and sent back to Archmere. We also have many events scheduled for you and your parents as we welcome our newest Auks! We will be sure to reach out with any updates to the calendar.

Placement Test Information

May 2, 2026 is New Student Placement Testing for English, science, math, and world languages. This important day on campus allows us to find the course level with the most appropriate challenge for your student. Register for the placement test via this google form!

Ο  Complete your Elective & World Language Request Form.
Class of 2030 Elective and World Language Choice Form

Please contact Mr. Dougherty, Director of Academics, to answer questions regarding registration and scheduling policies and practices.

By May 15:

Ο  Visit your Finalsite portal and submit your Transportation Forms 

By August 1:
Ο  Complete the Magnus Health form  (The Magnus Form must be filled out, even if your student is not playing a sport) and upload your student's concussion test confirmation for Sports Eligibility. Complete your DIAA forms.

By August 15: 
Ο  Create your MyKidsSpending account using the student ID that was provided in your Welcome Email to add funds for SAGE Dining Services

    This past weekend, Archmere Academy students took part in the annual Youth in Government (YIG) Conference in Dover, Delaware, an immersive three-day program sponsored by the YMCA that brings together student delegations from across the state. Participants step into the roles of government officials, simulating the legislative, judicial, and executive branches while working in Delaware’s actual government buildings.

    The Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, the nonprofit organization that presents the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, has recognized tenth grader Sophia Silverman ’28 with a National Gold Medal in the Fashion Design category for an illuminated dress entitled “Tableware Exoskeleton” she constructed out of paper plates.

  • One Hundred and Seven Archmere Student Photographs to be Exhibited at the Brandywine River Museum

    Archmere Academy’s National Art Honor Society students will have one hundred and seven student landscape photographs exhibited in a dedicated show for Archmere Academy. Archmere’s National Art Honor Society Presidents are Olivia Benson ’26 and Abby Leonardo ’26, and Stephanie Silverman ’00 serves as the faculty sponsor. This is Archmere’s fourth dedicated student-curated museum exhibition.
