Matt DiGregorio '20 Studies at USC and Zurich University of Applied Sciences

Matt is currently a junior at the University of South Carolina, pursuing a double major in International Business and Finance, with a minor in Spanish.

While studying at Darla Moore School of Business (which has the #1 International Business program in the country) he has started his own asset management company, Shaw Circle Management, in the hedge fund sector. He collaborated with other students who were a part of the finance scholar program, and after completing their first fiscally successful year in 2022, they opened a second fund, which is currently in its capital-raising phase. The company's tear sheet will be included in the book celebrating 25 years of education at the Darla Moore School of Business. He and his peers have also collaborated with the Finance Department of Education and have created their own elective course for the Fall '24 semester.

In addition to Matt's entrepreneurial endeavors, he was fortunate to earn a spot through the International Business Program to study at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. His experience studying abroad thus far has allowed him to further develop his skills in the finance sector while maintaining a focus on International Business.
