If you attended Archmere Academy, you are already part of the Alumni Association. As an Archmere alum, you are the school’s living history – you carry the traditions and heritage that make Archmere unique with you. You came here to learn and grow as a young adult, receive an immeasurable education, and prepare yourself for college. 
Your insight is key to continuing the momentum of an active alumni program, which will offer alumni networking and social opportunities that will contribute to a stronger and more spirited Archmere community.

    John Rollins '88 Starts Business to Prevent Catalytic Converter Theft

    John Rollins '88 is the co-founder and COO of CATrak Technologies Inc, a mobile software application that continuously monitors a vehicle’s catalytic converter, notifying the owner of a theft in progress, triggering a deterrent alarm and if stolen, assisting law enforcement with its recovery using GPS tracking technology.

    Sofia Alvarez '20 Studies Abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France

    Sofia Alvarez '20 is an International Relations major and French minor at University of Delaware Honors College. She spent the last three months studying in Aix-en-Provence, France and recently wrapped up her semester abroad with a class tour at the European headquarters of the UN in Geneva, Switzerland. Sophia's professional goals include non-profit work as well as public policy.

    Vincent J. Filliben Mid Atlantic Turkey Shootout

    The second annual Vincent J. Filliben Mid Atlantic Turkey Shootout took place over Thanksgiving break on the Archmere campus. The tournament, named after legendary Archmere teacher, athlete, coach and Hall of Fame member Mr. Vince Filliben, featured 7th and 8th grade boys basketball teams from Delaware and Pennsylvania. When he retired as boys basketball coach at Archmere Academy in 1985, nobody in Delaware had guided his team to more victories than Vince Filliben, whose Auks won 378 games from 1954-85. The tournament was organized by 1998 Archmere graduate and Assistant Athletic Director, Mr. Nick Sanna.

  • Ginny Hill '83 Recognized as 2022 Women of Distinction

    Ginny Hill '83, CEO of Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey, was honored by Philadelphia Business Journal as one of this year's Women of Distinction. In this article, each honoree discusses challenges that professional women face in today's society, and Ginny states "With the inner-confidence and courage to push back against the stereotypes, girls and women can do anything!"
