Archmere Welcomed Students From Senlis, France

From April 18th - May 3rd, Archmere hosted 16 students and 2 teachers from the Lycée Saint Vincent in Senlis, France. Their two weeks with us have flown by and the comments from both sides of the Atlantic have been so positive. Students participated in various excursions to Washington, New York and Philadelphia, and also attended classes with their host students. Highlights included: attending the Junior Prom, hotdogs and soft pretzels in Philly, Gelato at the University of Delaware, Top of the Rock, and the Mall in Washington.

We would like to thank Dr. Marinelli, Mr. Jordan and the entire Archmere community for their warm welcome. Special thanks go out to the parents and students of the host families who so generously and warmly opened their homes to our guests! This opportunity to share ideas and experience daily life in another culture is a wonderful gift.

un grand merci à vous tous!
