Claudia Koch '26 Signs To Play Lacrosse at George Washington University
Archmere senior Claudia Koch signed her National Letter of Intent to play Division I lacrosse at George Washington University on November 12, 2025. A field hockey and lacrosse player at Archmere, Claudia has been a standout on both fields since her freshman year.
During her high school career, Claudia has been a varsity starter on the women’s lacrosse team since her ninth grade. Her lacrosse honors include First-Team All-Conference and All-State Honorable Mention her sophomore and junior year. She plays attack, and has made a huge impact on the team. Outside of Archmere, Claudia plays for the True Belles lacrosse program, located in Kennett Square, PA. A strong multi-sport athlete, Claudia is also Captain and a varsity starter on the women’s field hockey team, helping them to a successful Quarterfinal debut in the DIAA State Championships this fall and honored with First Team All-Conference accolades.
An athlete who also excels in the classroom, Claudia is also a member of the National Honors Society. Outside of sports, she is Editor of the Green Arch Newspaper, an Auk Ambassador, Senior Leader, and youth lacrosse referee.
A graduate from the Independence school, Claudia plans to major in Nutritional Science at George Washington.
