Archmere Grad receives Ronald McDonald House Scholarship

Scholarship winners were selected based on academic achievement, community involvement, financial need and plans to attend a two or four-year college during the next academic year.

This year, 50 scholarships were awarded to college students in the Greater Philadelphia Region through various programs within the RMHC. Nine of those 50 went to students from New Castle County.

Year after year, the RMHC scholarship winners are exceptional students who embody the spirit of volunteerism in their communities, said Mike Anton, president of RMHC of the Philadelphia Region Inc.
