The Auks dropped the first set and then staved off two set points to win the second set before finally clinching in four.
Archmere improved to 12-0 while the Force fell to 11-1.
"We showed heart, character, determination, desire, all of it," said Auks coach Mary Pat Kwoka. "It's a team in every sense -- T-E-A-M. I couldn't be prouder of them for how they fought back."
