Archmere Boys' Soccer Advances in Tournament

Archmere Boys' Soccer defeated Brandywine 3-1, advancing in the opening round of the DIAA State Tournament.
From Delaware Online: As the fog rolled in to Caravel's Bob Peoples Stadium on Wednesday night, the Archmere boys soccer team came out in a fog.

The fourth-seeded Auks fell behind early, then turned up the intensity in the second half and earned a 3-1 victory over 13th-seeded Brandywine in the opening round of the DIAA Boys Soccer State Tournament.

Archmere (13-3) advanced to face fifth-seeded St. Andrew's on Saturday at 8 p.m. at Appoquinimink. Brandywine finished its season 11-5.
