Junior Katie Christenbury Accepted to Washington National Opera Institute Summer Program

Katie Christenbury '13 has been accepted into the highly competitive 2012 summer program of the Washington National Opera Institute at the Kennedy Center. This summer training program is for highly motivated high school singers and accompanists age 15-18.  Students participate in master classes, opera scenes, individual vocal coaching, and group and individual lessons. Over 100 students auditioned from around the country and about 30 students are accepted.
