2013 Garage Sale Schedule for Volunteers
Saturday, March 16: Move-in Day 8 am-1 pm
- Need volunteers (men and students especially)
- Need hand carts/hand trucks
- Sorting and set up begins
Monday, March 18: Working Day: 8:30 am - 9 pm
- Need many volunteers for sorting/set up
- Lunch and dinner served for volunteers
Tuesday, March 19: Working Day 8:30 am - 9 pm
- Need many volunteers for sorting/set up/pricing
- Lunch and dinner served for volunteers
Wednesday, Mar 20: Working Day 8:30 am - 9 pm
- Need many volunteers for set up/cleaning/pricing
- Lunch and dinner served for volunteers
Thursday, Mar 21: Working Day 8:30 am- 3 pm
- Set up and Pricing complete
- Wine and Cheese Pre Sale and Auction for Volunteers 6 pm-9pm (cashiers needed)
Friday, Mar 22: Final Prep for sale 8:30 am-4 pm and presale
- 8:30 am-4 pm Pre-Sale for Archmere community (teachers, students, etc)
Saturday, Mar 23: Public Sale is from 8 am - 1 pm.
- Volunteers need to arrive by 7:15 am.
- Volunteers needed for security, moving large items, cashiers and check out, “staffing” various departments, clean up, loading trucks for charities at end (additional help from sports teams will be arranged)
