Alumni "Get Involved" BBQ - July 18, 2012

More than 35 alumni joined us on July 18th for the first ever Alumni "Get Involved" BBQ held at the McLaughlin- Mullen Student Life Center on campus. Neither heat nor storms deterred these attendees from catching up with friends and learning of the various ways to get involved in the Alumni Association. In their remarks, Michael Marinelli '76, Headmaster, and Marc Albero '91, Alumni Association President, both stressed the critical role that alumni play within the Archmere community especially as we look to build upon our existing alumni programs.

The event culminated in the Alumni Association's official check presentation to Dr. Marinelli for the recently established Archmere Academy Alumni Legacy Scholarship Fund. The fund provides much needed financial aid to relatives of Alums attending Archmere.
