Archmere Seniors Named National Merit Semifinalists

Archmere seniors Zixin Cao, Mercedes Chartier, Jonathon Lobo, Brian Zhang and Justine Zhang were named National Merit Semifinalists because of their high scores on the PSATs, taken in their junior year. Only 16,000 students (of approximately 1.5 million) achieve this honor and are invited to apply for the National Merit Scholarship. Additionally, Archmere seniors Michael Bannon, Lucy Barr, Elizabeth Burton. Jack Malloy and Evan Rapone were named Commended Scholars. Congratulations to all of these outstanding students!
