Former Auks Earns Shine on Collegiate Soccer Teams
A recent News Journal article highlighted the successful collegiate soccer careers of two Archmere alumni: Aaron DaCosta '13, freshman at St. Michael's College, and Ben Murray '13, freshman at Emory University.
St. Michael’s College freshman Aaron DaCosta was recently named the Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week for men’s soccer. It was the second consecutive weekly honor for DaCosta, a former standout at Archmere Academy. To read more click here.
Emory University freshman back Ben Murray has helped guide the men’s soccer team to an 8-3-1 start. Murray, a former standout at Archmere, recently played 26 minutes in a 2-0 victory over No. 23-ranked University of Chicago to remain undefeated in University Athletic Association play this season.
