Seniors Brian Zhang '14, Justine Zhang '14 Named National Merit Scholars; 16 Juniors To Be Recognized Next Fall

Classmates Brian Zhang '14 and Justine Zhang '14 have been named 2014 National Merit Scholars, and each is the recipient of a $2500 National Merit Scholarship. Of the 1.5 million entrants who took the Preliminary Qualifying Test in October 2012, Brian and Justine were among the 8,000 Merit Scholarship winners.

In addition, the following 16 rising seniors (current juniors) will be recognized next fall with a chance to named semifinalists in the 2015 National Merit Scholarship Program:

These 16 Archmere studenst are among the 50,000 highest-scoring SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test participants, from which 16,000 semifinalists will be selected next fall.
