Homecoming Reunions for Classes Ending in 4 and 9

On Saturday, October 11th, Archmere Academy celebrated Homecoming.  The day started off with Auk homecoming games (Football defeated Appoquinimink 20-16, Volleyball defeated St. Thomas More 3-0, Field Hockey tied St. Thomas More 1-1 and Boys' Soccer lost to St. Andrew’s School 1-2).  After the games ended, Archmere alumni from class years ending in 4 and 9 gathered in The Patio to celebrate their reunion milestones. The evening began at 6pm with Mass celebrated by Father McLaughlin in the newly renovated Oratory in St. Norbert Hall.  The celebration continued on to The Patio for the reunion reception.  Over 250 Archmere alumni and guests were in attendance. Alumni in attendance ranged from 1959 through 2009. Graduates from each class enjoyed reminiscing and catching up with each other.
