Keelin Reilly '17 Wins The Lincoln Club of Delaware's Essay Contest

Archmere sophomore Keelin Reilly won the Lincoln Club of Delaware's 2014-2015 essay contest for Delaware high school students.  Students were asked to write an essay of no more than 1000 words on a quote from Abraham Lincoln: "The probability that we may fail in the struggle ought not to deter us from the support of a cause we believe to be just".

Keelin's winning entry was chosen by a subcommittee of the Lincoln Club Board.  As the winner, he will receive a $1000 scholarship towards his post-secondary education.  In addition, he will also be invited to attend the Lincoln Club's annual dinner where he will meet a top Lincoln scholar, hear his presentation, and have an opportunity to network with the members of the Lincoln Club, including distinguished leaders in business, judicial, legal, educational and political communities.
