On Friday April 17th, we hosted 22 sessions of interest for Junior Career Day. 82% of the sessions were led by alumni speakers. The speakers talked to students about their select professions and unique career paths. This year's keynote speaker was Olivia Branco '06, who works as a producer at Sirius XM Radio. Olivia spoke to the Juniors about her transition from college to the working world, the importance of internships, and the value of being open while searching for a career. Each year, the Alumni Office, the Guidance Department, College Counseling Office, and the Archmere Academy Alumni Association join together to organize this wonderful day for the Junior class, aimed at exposing them to a variety of career fields.
