Successful Food Blogger Skyler Bouchard '11 Featured in USA Today College Network
On June 2, 2015 the USA Today college partner network featured a video by Archmere graduate and NYU senior Skyler Bouchard '11, successful food blogger in NYC. With more than 63,000 people following her Instagram account, NYC Dining, Skyler's video details her tips for a successful instagram post using a Reese's Puff Nutella Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich. The video article first appeared in Spoon University, a food network for our younger generation, where all of the content is produced by college students.
Skyler is well-known in the New York food world, and is also the editor in chief and founder of the online food magazine NYU Spoon, where she manages a staff of writers. She has held a variety of internships in entertainment, including working for Hearst Magazines, and CBS' Entertainment Tonight and The Insider.
