It was a busy summer in College Counseling, preparing the 2016-17 College Counseling calendar, evaluating data from the Class of 2016, visiting colleges, working with students on applications and essays, and presenting at conferences and workshops.
The College Counseling Office has begun to process the 1000+ application requests that will be submitted this year, and are preparing to welcome over 100 college representatives to Archmere between September and mid-November. Seniors are completing their senior meetings and attending College Seminar class once a cycle to better prepare them to construct and submit their applications. Early fall programs include a Financial Aid Night (primarily for senior families) on October 17th.
