Julia Freney '20 Wins National American Vision Award

This month, Archmere junior Julia Freney received the 2019 distinguished National American Visions Award for her photograph titled Haunting Reflections. The American Vision is the highest award at the regional level, a “Best in Show” award that most exemplifies originality, technical skill, and the emergence of a personal voice or vision. The Award recognizes the top individual work of art from each regional competition of the Scholarship Arts Award Program. Julia is one of five student nominees from Delaware whose work has been recognized regionally. Her photograph, Haunting Reflections, has also received a regional gold key Scholastic Award.
