Field Hockey Defeats Concord in Season Opener

On Monday, October 19, the fall sports season kicked off with a key field hockey game against Concord. Played at home, the Auks outshot the Raiders, 18-8, and had a 5-2 advantage on penalty corners.  Senior Sophia Castro lead the team with four goals as the Auks defeated the Concord Raiders, 8-1. 
Sophomore Lindsay Renshaw added a goal and three assists, and senior Elise Angiullo, freshman Kathleen Schaller and junior Megan Disabella each added a goal. Sophomore Bella Dell'Oso set up the team with four assists.

The Auks continued their winning streak on Thursday, defeating Red Lion with an 11-0 shutout.
