Abby Kates '20 Lands Internship at Bucknell's Small Business Development Center
Abby Kates '20, a junior at Bucknell University majoring in Markets, Innovation, and Design in the Freeman College of Management. Abby competes on Bucknell’s Division I Track and Field team, while serving part-time interning at Bucknell's Small Business Development Center (SBDC) since the fall of 2021. As the marketing student consultant, she works with local Lewisburg businesses on their social medias through online webinars along with running the SBDC’s Instagram and Facebook. The SBDC also sponsors a student-startup competition, BizPitch, in which she is the Head of Marketing and Communications.
