Archmere Athletic Trainer and Teacher Accepted to Olympic Training Internship

Archmere Athletic Trainer and Health Teacher Mr. Jim Masleed has been accepted to a two-week internship at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA., just outside San Diego. While there, he will be working with athletes in track and field, BMX biking, rowing, field hockey and beach volleyball. This internship is the first step in the process used to select athletic trainers for National Championships in Olympic sports, the Olympic Trials, International events, the Summer and Winter Olympic and Para-Olympic games.
