Archmere Alumna Earns 101 Career Wins at Washington College

The junior tennis player from Wilmington, DE, shared this week's Shorewoman of the Week Honor with Brittany Marshall (Dagsboro, DE/Worcester Prep [MD]). Finnegan and Marshall each recorded their 100th career collegiate win during a double-header on Thursday.

Marshall's 100th win came at No. 1 singles in a 9-0 win over McDaniel. Finnegan's 100th win came at No. 1 doubles in a 9-0 win over Trinity (DC) later in the afternoon. Marshall now has 102 career victories; she is 46-13 in singles and 56-7 in doubles. Finnegan now has 101 career wins; she is 45-13 in singles and 56-7 in doubles. Sixty-two of Finnegan and Marshall's 63 career doubles matches each have been played together.
