Two Archmere Students Recieve DIAA Scholarships

Of the six athletes to win DIAA scholarships this year, two were Archmere students: Lindsey Olivere '11 and John Donnelly '11.
Six Delaware high school athletes have been awarded the 2011 Harry Roberts/DIAA Senior Scholar Athlete Awards by the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association.
 
The girls second place winner was Lindsey Olivere of Archmere ($1,500), while John Donnelly of Archmere earned third place for the boys' selection ($1,000.)
The Roberts Awards go to seniors at DIAA-member schools who earned at least two varsity letters in different sports. They also must have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale at the end of the third quarter or second trimester of their senior year.
