9th Grade Religion Holds Seder Meals

Ms. Gerber and Mrs. Rogers held seder meals for their 9th grade religion classes this Fall.
The seder is a celebration to commemorate the Exodus, when the Jewish people were freed from slavery in Egypt more than 3,000 years ago. It is the Passover story told during a special meal that includes symbolic foods, and songs and prayers. It concludes with "May there be freedom and peace for us! For everyone!"
