Mary Tobin '13 Named Elite 8 Conference Rookie of the Year for Volleyball

Mary Tobin '13, freshman volleyball player at Stevens Institute of Technology was named Rookie of the Year for the Empire 8 conference and made first conference all team. In her first season as a Duck, Mary had 306 kills in 100 sets played with a .334 hitting percentage per game, while picking 325 digs and 18 blocks. She registered 21 matches with double figure kills. Her match high of 20 kills came in a five-set loss to Haverford. She currently leads her team in kills and ranks third in the conference in kills per set. To read more, click here.
