Armed Forces Tribute Dedication

On Saturday November 9th, the Archmere Community celebrated "Senior Day" and the dedication of the Armed Forces Tribute during the AUKS last home football game of the season. Prior to the start of the football game, the Senior football payers and cheerleaders took the field accompanied by their parents to celebrate their last game. They were then followed by the Presentation of the Colors by the Color Guard as the Unites States flag was raised. At halftime, the Armed Forces Tribute was officially dedicated by Larry Cylc '73 in memory of his parents as he spoke to the assembled crowd. Colonel (Retired) Marty Devine '74 and representatives of the armed forces assisted in the raising of the flags for each branch of the military.The Armed Forces Tribute is dedicated to all alumni and friends of Archmere who have served, will serve, and areserving now in defense of the United States of America.
