AUK Pitcher Sean Deely '14 Commits to University of Delaware
On Thursday, November 14, Archmere Academy senior and IHM alumnus Sean Deely of Wilmington, DE, singed his letter of intent to play baseball at the University of Delaware.
A pitcher for the Auks, Sean was named to Second Team All-Conference for his pitching and First Team All-Conference for his efforts at first base during his sophomore year. During his junior year, he earned First Team All-Conference honors as both a pitcher and first baseman, and was named to First Team All-State as a pitcher and Honorable Mention All-State as a first baseman. Sean was named Conference Player of the Year for the 2013 season, and was named a Louisville Slugger Second Team All-American Pitcher.
Sean also plays Varsity Basketball for the Auks.
