Archmere Students Win Top Art Portfolio Scholarship Awards

Four of the five top portfolio scholarship awards from the Delaware Foundation for the Visual Arts were earned by Archmere student artists this spring. This is a statewide competition. The students will be honored in ceremony on March 8 at the Hagley Museum.

Kelcey Hutchinson '14 earned first place and a $2,000 scholarship award, with classmates Luke Spoehr '14 earning second place (and a $1,000 scholarship award), Jonathon Lobo '14 earning third place (and a $750 scholarship award) and Hayley Moore '14 won fifth place in the competition (and a $300 scholarship award).

Cara Nedbalski '14 and Joe Singley '16 also received honors as 2015 DFVA Calendar Winners.
