Six Auks Named National Merit Scholarship Finalists

Six Archmere Academy seniors were named National Merit Scholarship Competition finalists based upon their junior PSAT scores and application for the competition. Meibin Chen, Andrew Hurst, Mark Melvin, Matt Oslin, Payas Parab, and Raylin Xu were six of 15,000 students national wide that were chosen as finalists from an initial list of 1.5 million test takers back in October. One other Archmere student was a Semi-Finalist and seven others were commended for their performance. The NMSC will notify scholarship winners this March.
