Archmere Drama Club at WCU Theatre Festival
Archmere drama club had a great day competing at West Chester University's 33rd Annual High School Theatre Festival. The Red Balloon starring Anna South ’15, Sam Dainton ’15, and Annalise Mara ’18 won Outstanding Overall Production. This was Archmere's second year in a row winning this top honor; Asylum took top honors last year. Joe McAlonan ’16 from the Check, Please production, won Outstanding Male Performance Award, which was his second honor this year. Jackie Kraft ’17 won the monologue/audition competition. The Archmere drama club came home with three of the six possible awards.
