Freshman Girls Cross Country Team Place First at Briarwood Invitational
On Saturday, the cross country teams competed in the Briarwood Invitational at Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia, one of the major annual cross country meets in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The freshman girls team rang up a convincing team victory and took home the first place trophy. Freshmen Taylor Gerard, Jen Olsen, Tully Liu, Kate Olsen and Nicole Wetherell all received top 15 trophies.
In the boys race, freshman Seth Bale finished 8th with a time of 10:27 for the 3K race.
