Archmere Students Earn Awards at Science Olympiad Competition
The Archmere Science Olympiad Team competed in the Delaware state meet on Saturday. Over a thousand high school students competed as their creativity mixed with formula and theory and covered just about every discipline across the science spectrum. Archmere's "A" team finished in 3rd place out of 60 teams. Medals are awarded to the top 10 in the state finals. The following students won medals:

Fourth Place--Fossils for Gillen Curren and Natasha Gengler
Fourth Place--Hydrogeology for Becca Lewis-Carpenter and Emily Lugg
Fifth Place--Its About Time for Greg McCord and Rahul Subbaraya
Fifth Place--Experimental Design for Alison Lobo, Taylor Tucker, and Lauren Yoslov

Sixth Place--Robot Arm for Tori Falasco and Jess Zbranak
