Spring Break in COSTA RICA!
The Science Department trip this Spring break is to Costa Rica. A $250 deposit is due by November 1. Students can return enrollment forms and a deposit to Dr Christy in S32. Make checks to Archmere Academy with Costa Rica in the memo line. If parents have any questions, please email jchristy@archmereacademy.com or call Archmere ext 736.
Singing Awards
Congratulations to Archmere Junior Matthew Witterholt, who was awarded first place for upper high school men, and sophomore Sophia Liston, who was awarded first place for lower high school women at the Delaware Chapter of National Association of Teachers of Singing voice auditions at the University of Delaware on Saturday. Senior Danielle Cuoco was awarded second place for upper high school women. The singers performed three art songs and received written evaluations from a panel of professional voice teachers. The first place awards merited a performance on the honors concert, and all three students received an honorarium.
