Bella Dell’Oso '23 Signs To Play Field Hockey At Temple University
Bella Dell’Oso, senior at Archmere Academy, signed her National Letter of Intent to join Temple University’s Field Hockey Team on November 9, 2022. Temple University is a Division 1 athletic program located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A multisport athlete, Bella has also been a varsity lacrosse player since 9th grade.
Bella has been recognized for her athletic talent every year since freshman year. She was named a Field Hockey First Team All-Conference player every season, and a First Team All-State player both her sophomore and junior years. She was also ranked Top 12 in the 2021 Delaware Field Hockey Rankings and Top 7 in the 2022 Delaware Field Hockey Rankings. Bella helped lead the Archmere Field Hockey Team to three Diamond State Conference Championships and the State Semifinals her sophomore and junior seasons. Recognized as a leader by her coach and peers, Bella was also voted Senior Captain.
A scholar-athlete, Bella is not only the top field hockey scorer, but also a member of the National Honor Society at Archmere Academy. In addition, she volunteers her time at local charities through the Community Service Club. A graduate of Ursuline Academy in Wilmington, DE, Bella has been a varsity letter winner since 8th grade. She plans to major in Political Science at Temple University.
