Archmere Soccer Wins Diamond State Athletic Conference Championship
The boys' soccer team took on Newark Charter on October 29th, defeating them 5-1 and also taking ownership of the Diamond State Athletic Conference Championship title. The Auks, 13-1, made headlines with their win. Archmere had 14 shots to the Patriots’ five, and they earned 11 penalty corners to two for Newark Charter. The win secured the Diamond State Athletic Conference Championship and with it an automatic bid to the Division II state tournament for the Auks.
