"The Archmerean" Takes First Place in Communications Contest

Archmere's biannual Magazine, The Archmerean, was recently recognized as a First-Place Winner in the Delaware Press Association Communications Contest. The contest, open to all professional communicators in Delaware and nearby out-of-state communities, encourages and rewards excellence in communication. The Archmerean competed in the “Regularly Edited Non-Profit Publications” category.
The Delaware Press Association is a network of more than 150 journalists, broadcasters, public relations specialists, graphic designers, photojournalists, educators, authors, poets and freelancers who are dedicated to the highest standards of excellence in communication and to protecting First Amendment freedoms. The contest is judged by out-of-state communications professionals to ensure impartiality and provides communicators opportunities to compete in various categories. All efforts of The Archmerean are managed and coordinated by Archmere Academy Director of Marketing and Communications, Stephanie Silverman '00.
