Five Pieces of Advice For Your Archmere Interview

If you be yourself you’ll do great - While I know that it might seem like you've been told this a thousand times, it is for good reason. That is, it's true! The main reason for this is that the whole interview process is about getting to know you. The more you share about yourself, what you love to do, and who you are as a person, the better off you will be. 

Don’t be nervous - As anybody who has gone through the interview process will tell you, you have no reason to be nervous. After you start your interview and get into the conversation, I can assure you that your nervousness will begin to fade away. If you are nervous about your interview, just know that you’re not alone. I know that this is easier said than done, but just try to relax. 

Be positive - During your interview, try to have a positive attitude and be excited. This will show that you truly are invested in the conversation and it will allow you to express the best version of yourself. Being zealous, energetic, and passionate is important because that is a large part of what we at Archmere strive to be. 

Be prepared - It's always a good idea to come into the interview with a few things that you might want to share. You might want to think about some questions for yourself to ask if you get the chance. Come ready to share what is most important to you and what you hope to do at Archmere. 

Be engaged - The interview at Archmere is not an interrogation, it's a conversation. Being engaged is the best way to take full advantage of this conversation. This is a great opportunity for you to ask specific questions you have about Archmere. Show that you are interested in the interview and grateful for the opportunity.
