Girls Soccer Remains Undefeated With Win Over Conrad

On April 10th on the road against Conrad, the Archmere girls soccer team defeated the Red Wolves 5-0, recording their third win in a row this season. It didn’t take long for the Auks to get on the board, with Marina Mahon '25 scoring two first-half goals, and a goal and two assists by Hannah Stewart '25 to begin the game.
Lyla Bell '25 picked up the third goal of the game in the 47th minute. She took a pass from Julianna Witherell '24 and fired a turnaround shot just inside the right post. Hannah Stewart '25 added to the lead after an Auks free kick ended up on the foot of Audrey Curtis '27.

Archmere outshot Conrad, 11-2, and had a 5-2 advantage in corner kicks. Goalie Ava Soscia '24 had two saves. The Auks (3-0) play the first of six straight games at home on Friday against Ursuline at 3:45 p.m.
