27th Annual Alumni Memorial Mass

The Archmere community gathered to celebrate the 27th Annual Memorial Mass in The Patio on February 28, 2016. This annual tradition is held in honor of all alumni, faculty and staff of Archmere who have died. Over 100 people attended the Mass, which was celebrated by Rev. Joseph McLaughlin, O.Praem. Alumni and School Administrators participated in the liturgy and students served as ministers of music along with Dr. Michael A. Marinelli, Ed.D. '76. Because our extensive list of deceased alumni, faculty, and staff has grown so large, we honored their names by listing them on screen as part of our communion meditation in remembrance of all who have died. Names of those who have been born to eternal life in the last year were read aloud. A reception followed the Mass.
