Basketball Teams Earn DSAC Honors, Playoff Bids

For the 2025-2026 season, Archmere Academy basketball dominated the Diamond State Athletic Conference (DSAC), with seniors Bridget Malloy and Johnny Orsini named Players of the Year. Both teams secured major honors, including 1st Team selections for Anaya Mungin (Girls) and Khaleef Wilson (Boys), highlighting a strong, championship-focused season.
The girls’ basketball team earned the 9th spot in the DIAA State Championship bracket, and they will play #24 Appoquinimink on Monday, March 2 at 6:00pm at home in the Moglia gym. The boys team earned the 18th spot in the bracket and are set to play Tatnall (#15) on the road on Tuesday, March 3 at 6:00pm at Tatnall. All tickets to playoff games must be purchased at the DIAA Go Fan website.
